Three things I’ve liked this week:
1. The very tall and powerfully built man in the black and white, butcher striped bathrobe and slippers walking his dalmatian through Bondi and looking like he thought life couldn’t get any better. Who says spots and stripes don’t work together?
2. The ambulance screaming round the corner of Edgecliff Road at 7:30 on Thursday night with its sirens blaring and the sheet tied to the handle on the back billowing out behind.
3. My three year-old pointing up at the bright half-moon while we were out walking on this warm and blowy August evening and telling me that the nighttime has daytime hiding in it.
