    Ooh yeah. This a particularly chilling performance of it, too.

    Darkness on the Edge of Town is a great album, but on the other hand I can’t think of a Bruce album that isn’t.

      With you 100%: it’s difficult to think of another songwriter and performer whose work at 60-odd is as urgent and raw as it was when he was 20. There’s another totally amazing version of ‘Racing in the Street’ on last year’s The Promise which is very, very worth checking out.

      That’s pretty fantastic. Interesting the nod to Bruce as well, given how Springsteenesque tracks like ‘Rogers Park’ and ‘Christchurch Woman’ on Harlem River Blues are.
